]]> The San Jose, California project’s main objectives included a building face lift, energy reduction, comfortable workspace environments, reduction of capex expenditures, life-cycle extension of HVAC, added solar benefits and upfront planning for additional planned sustainability programs.

The 106,000 sq. ft. building project requiring 15,975 sq. ft. of film started January 6, 2022, and was completed February 10, 2022, on time, on schedule and in budget.

Mike Richmond, Techcu Facilities Director,  is very pleased with all aspects of the project’s installation phases.

The project is a collaboration between Hotel Sustainability Solutions, Inc. (HSSI), Integrated SustainabilitySolutions Inc. (ISSI) and Window Film Depot, Inc.(WFD) providing integrated sustainability and window film services nationwide.

]]> Northern Arizona University (NAU) is coordinating the event in collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU) and University of Arizona (U of A) and invited participants. Arizona is pursuing its selection as one of four Regional Hydrogen Hubs, to be located within the United States by the Department of Energy (DOE). DOE has announced two Requests for Information (RFI). This first workshop is in preparation for the first response request.

DOE has established a “Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s $9.5 Billion Clean Hydrogen Initiative”. DOE is seeking public input on New Hydrogen Hubs, Clean Hydrogen Manufacturing Programs to Decarbonize Industry, Transportation Sectors and Provide Healthier Air for All.

Chuck will attend as CEO of Stonebridge Sustainability Solutions. Inc (SSSI) in it’s collaboration with Gold Seal Industries (GSI) a producer of clean Hydrogen from biomass feedstock.
